Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute the organization''s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business restructuring initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Develop profitability improvement strategies for each business vertical.
- Corporate Finance & Treasury
- Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently.
- Oversee treasury operations and fund management.
- Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and applicable accounting standards.
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with:
- Income Tax
- FEMA (where applicable)
- Manage tax planning and optimization within legal frameworks.
- Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Develop robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
- Develop succession planning and talent development.
