The practitioner follows established procedures and operating models to maintain service reliability and quality. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure components to support organizational needs.

- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Robust knowledge of infrastructure components including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Experience in troubleshooting operating systems and application platforms in complex environments.
- Ability to work with remote support tools and diagnostic utilities to resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and service request handling within IT service frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
