Job Summary:
Hiring for International Process Associates for the US Healthcare process. The role involves handling queries and resolving issues for doctors and hospitals related to medical billing and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle queries related to US medical billing and insurance processes
- Resolve issues raised by healthcare providers (doctors/hospitals)
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in documentation
- Ensure timely resolution and effective communication
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any grad. or undergrad. with 1 year of international medical billing experience can apply
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Must be available for immediate joining
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Valuable typing speed
Work Details:
- Shift timings - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Working Days: 5 days
- Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
- One-time meal provided
- Salary - Rs.25000 inhand.
