Role & responsibilities

- Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, Honing, SPM and Grinding machines.
- Handle assembly/dismantling of CNC machine components including spindle, slides, ball screws, LM guides and hydraulic circuits.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and CNC machine-related issues for quick breakdown rectification.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Fanuc CNC systems and associated machine assemblies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems; read and interpret related drawings.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs including MTTR, MTTBF and machine uptime.
- Conduct Why-Why Analysis/RCA for recurring machine breakdowns.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen, safety and safe working practices while working under high production pressure.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- 38 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance.
- Strong experience with VMC, HMC,



Grinding, Honing and SPM machines.
- Hands-on knowledge of spindles, slides, ball screws, LM guides, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Good troubleshooting knowledge of Fanuc CNC systems.
- Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings.
- Knowledge of MTTR, MTTBF, Uptime and Why-Why Analysis/RCA.
- Good understanding of 5S, Kaizen and machine safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-production-pressure environment.
