The role requires deep expertise in financial oversight, negotiations, cost optimization, and performance management—both within ElevenX Capital and across our portfolio companies in US.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ControlOversee and ensure accuracy ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual closings .Leadforecasting, budgeting, and financial modelingprocesses to guide strategic decisions.Implement and enforcebudget controlmechanisms across the firm and portfolio companies.Consolidate financial data across businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.Identify opportunities toconsolidate, cut, and optimize coststo drive profitability.Strategic Finance & Business PartneringReview and validate financial reporting of ElevenX Capital and portfolio companies.Providediligence and oversightduring investments, M&A;, fundraising, and exits.Support leadership with actionable insights oncapital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization .Drive financial strategies that align with the firm’s growth and scaling goals.Negotiations & Contract OversightLead and overseecontract negotiations with clients, vendors,



and employees .Manage financial/legal negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for the firm and its portcos.Partner with legal and business teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.Performance Management & Stakeholder EngagementDrivecompany-wide and employee-level performance management, linking KPIs to financial outcomes.Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance and cost efficiency.Build dashboards and reporting tools totrack business, team, and portfolio performance .Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, and legal counsel.Team Leadership & OversightLead, mentor, and challenge finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.Establish strong internal controls, compliance processes, and risk management frameworks.Ensure all finance team outputs and portfolio company reports arereviewed, validated, and optimized .Qualifications & Experience10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience inIndia and US, ideally in investment firms, VC/PE-backed companies, or high-growth businesses.Experience inUS GAAP ,ASC 606 ,Due Diligenceandsell-side transactions .Strong track record inmonthly closing, FP&A;, budgeting, and cost optimization .Hands-on experience incontract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees .Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, and legal frameworks.Proven ability inperformance managementat both organizational and employee levels.Qualified qualifications such asCA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Financestrongly preferred.What We’re Looking ForA CFO who canstrategically guidebut alsoroll up their sleevesin day-to-day finance operations.Excellentnegotiator and communicator, able to manage clients, vendors, employees, and investors.Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with afocus on cost optimization and value creation .Someone who can“trust but verify”— ensuring finance teams and portcos deliver accurate, high-quality work.An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset suited for afast-paced, dynamic investment environment .
