Role SummaryThe SME will play a critical role in overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting activities forPrivate Credit funds/Structured Loan Accounting.The role requires strong domain expertise, particularly incredit instruments, and the ability to ensure delivery excellence, technical accuracy, and high-quality standards across all engagements.Private Credit Fund Accounting & Administrator CoordinationAssist with preparation of accounting support packages and coordinate with third-party fund administrators for multiple Private Credit entities.Review operating expenses, loan activity, and account reconciliations, including credit-related balances.Compile data and prepare detailed support workpapers across funds.Trial Balance & Close ReviewPerform detailed reviews of monthly and quarterly trial balances prepared by fund administrators.Identify breaks related to loan balances, interest accruals, fees, and expenses, and coordinate timely resolution.Over time, take ownership of investigation and resolution of issues in collaboration with administrators.Actively contribute to improving efficiency in the close-the-books process.Financial, Investor & Regulatory ReportingReview quarterly financial reporting, including:Financial Statements (FS): Validate consistency between trial balances, SOI data, loan schedules, and other client deliverables.Investor Capital Statements (P-Caps).Regulatory reporting (e.G., MMIF).Private Credit Instrument Knowledge (Critical Requirement)The role requires strong hands-on knowledge ofPrivate Credit instruments,



including but not limited to:Term LoansRevolving Credit Facilities (Revolvers)Delayed Draw Term Loans (DDTLs)Interest structures includingPIK (Payment-in-Kind) interest, cash interest, OID, and related accrualsUnderstanding of commitment tracking, drawdowns, repayments, and amortization schedulesInvestor ReportingReview investor capital statements (P-Caps), including:Footing and cross-footing checksValidation against source documentationReview ofILPA statementsand reconciliation with P-CapsReview capital call and distribution notices against underlying support.Coordinate investor reporting deliverables with third-party administrators.Audit, Tax & Compliance SupportAssist the Controller group with annual audit coordination.Support review and preparation of audited financial statements.Prepare and review support schedules for tax reporting and compliance.Delivery & Stakeholder ManagementEnsure timely delivery of work withhigh quality and accuracy standards .Review team deliverables and provide technical guidance and feedback.Handle ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements.Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients on delivery-related matters.Experience & Skill RequirementsRelevant experiencein Private Markets, withstrong exposure to Private Credit funds .Hands-on experience working withthird-party fund administrators .Strong understanding of:Private Credit fund accountingLoan instruments and related interest mechanics (including PIK)Financial statement and investor reporting reviewsProven ability to lead reviews, manage delivery independently, and uphold high-quality standards.Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.WSO experience is a big plus.
