Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs.
- Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.
- Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.Program & Project Management
- Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
- Build and maintain project plans, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure accountability.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and propose mitigation strategies.Operational Excellence
- Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
- Champion process automation and scalable systems that support business growth.Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between internal teams such as product, ops, finance, and marketing.
- Prepare communication materials and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support leadership with data, insights, and briefing materials to drive key decisions.Qualifications:




- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/ operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
- Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.Key Competencies:
