With 25+ centers across India, we work closely with pediatricians, schools, hospitals, corporates, and parents to ensure every child receives the support they deserve.Position: Business Development Manager (Field Sales)As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our referral network and strengthening our presence across Bengaluru.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Developmental pediatricians, hospitals, schools, preschools, and other referral partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct presentations and meetings to introduce Sunshine by Lissun's services.
- Organize awareness programs, screening camps, workshops, and community engagement activities.




- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
