This leadership role requires someone who can simplify complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable processes while ensuring the highest standards of integrity, governance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Compliance Governance & Framework:Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs aligned with global and Indian regulatory standards. Simplify policies into user‑friendly SOPs and workflows.Policy Management & Training:Create and update compliance policies, drive awareness through workshops, training, and communication campaigns.Investigations & Ethical Governance:Lead internal investigations on misconduct, fraud, and policy violations with fairness, speed, and discretion.Risk Management & Monitoring:Identify compliance risks, conduct audits, and ensure timely regulatory filings and certifications.Stakeholder Management:Partner with leadership, HR, Legal, Finance,
