and implementing effective cost control and management strategies.The AGM Product Costing will collaborate with business development team, supply chain functions, production engineering team, finance and other operational teams to optimize expenditures, develop budgets, monitor financial performance against budgets, and provide insightful recommendations to ensure high control on product costing matrix.QualificationsCost calculation methodsStrong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and develop actionable insightsProficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management practicesDetailed knowledge and experience in Cost Accounting principles and methodologiesBackground in Finance with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and budgetingProficient with financial software and tools; strong Excel skillsExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.Degree from ICWA will be a big advantage
