Hi Folks,We are hiring for the below role with the leading manufacturing industry.Role-Customer Service CoordinatorLocation: Gurgaon – BhondsiShift: 9 a.M. to 6 p.M.Monday to Saturday working with Sunday fixed offSalary- Upto 4.80lpaJob Summary:The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service operations,coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, ensuring accurate system updates,and supporting overall service workflow while adhering to Stryker’s quality andcompliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Register service complaints/events and assign engineersProvide updates and coordination support to field engineersPartner with field and in-house teams for workflow and process improvementsCoordinate with internal and external customers for approvals and inputsCoordinate with logistics partners for reverse and forward pickupsMaintain and track loaner equipment and follow up for retrievalCoordinate with inventory team for spare availability and reconciliationCreate, update, assign, and reassign Preventive Maintenance (PM) requestsFollow up with channel partners, ASPs,



and engineers for install base updatesTrack warranty and contract expiry for customersCoordinate internally for quotations and contract proposalsMaintain accurate data in systems and prepare reports as per defined metricsProvide extended support as requiredEnsure adherence to Stryker Quality Management System and compliance guidelinesAccurately enter order data and verify entitlement and serial number coverageAssist in month-end closing activitiesRequired Skills:Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) andcPowerPointGood reporting and presentation skillsStrong coordination and organizational abilitiesGood communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage)High attention to detail and accuracyEligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline (preferred)Relevant experience in service coordination / operations / backend supportWillingness to work extended hours when requiredAbility to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.Interested candiadates please share your updated resume on [email protected]
