JOB PURPOSELead the furniture and interior product design function, combining strong aesthetics with manufacturing expertise to develop creative, cost-effective, and market-driven solutions.2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage the design team.- Develop and execute design strategy aligned with market trends.- Conceptualize and develop modular/custom furniture and interior solutions.- Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.- Review production drawings, BOMs, and validate prototypes.- Lead design for commercial, residential,



and hospitality projects.- Track global trends and drive design innovation.- Recruit, mentor, and develop design talent.- Ensure design quality and resolve manufacturing issues.- Support sales with presentations and client discussions.4.
