The role involves translating complex business and technical requirements from large-scale, project-based Advisory engagements into engaging, scalable, and deployable learning solutions. The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with hands-on experience in eLearning development tools, LMS and LXP platforms, and modern learning technologie s.ResponsibilitiesAnalysisPartner with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and capability gaps across project-based engagements.Translate complex technical and business into learner-friendly instructional solutions.Support learning needs analysis and define measurable, business-aligned learning outcomes.Recommend appropriate learning formats including eLearning, ILT, VILT, microlearning, simulations,
and blended learning journey.DesignDesign blended learning programs and digital learning experiences aligned to Major Projects Advisory business goals.Create storyboards, learning journeys, assessments, facilitator guides, and other learner assets.Apply instructional design principles including ADDIE, SAM, adult learning principles, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.Design learning content across technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership domains relevant to project and consulting environments.Develop L1, L2, and L3 interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and related tools.Create digital learning assets such as simulations, assessments, videos, job aids, and microlearning content.Build SCORM/xAPI-compliant learning content for LMS/LXP deployment.Ensure all learning assets are engaging, responsive, and aligned to enterprise quality standards.ImplementationDeploy and manage learning solutions on platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors LMS and LXPs like Degreed.Support blended learning rollouts, learner communication, and learning operations across Advisory programs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.Support digital learning production within the MPA Advisory practice.EvaluationMeasure learning effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, analytics, and adoption metricsContinuously improve learning solutions based on learner insights and business feedbackStay updated on learning innovation, AI-enabled learning,
and emerging technologies, and apply them within Major Projects Advisory contexts.Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on expertise in creating L1-L3 eLearning on Articulate Storyline including complex branching scenar ios (mandatory).Strong experience in instructional design and eLearning development within enterprise or consulting environmentsExperience translating complex business/technical content and partnering with SMEs to co-create instructionally sound learning solutions.Experience with LMS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors LMS and LXPs such as DegreedStrong understanding of blended learning and enterprise learning ecosystemsExposure to HTML/CSS and custom digital learning development strongly preferedExperience working with external vendors and reviewing learning deliverables.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Experience5–8 years of experience in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or Learning Experience Design.Experience in Advisory, consulting, GCCs, or large enterprise learning environments preferredExposure to project-based environments, infrastructure programmes, or capital project advisory is an advantage.KPMG India has a policy of providing equal chance for all applicants and employees regardless of their color, caste, religion, age, sex/gender, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or other legally protected status.
