This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery.Key Responsibilities:●Doctor Coordination : Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival.●Doctor Operations : Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions.●Doctor Hiring : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors.●Doctor Counselling : Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction.●Doctor Payouts : Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors.●Communication Liaison :
