Our client, a large, well-established manufacturing plant near Visakhapatnam, is hiring anAGM - Finance | CapEx Accounting and Asset Managementto take financial ownership of major capital investments and strengthen CapEx governance, asset integrity and management reporting.This is not a routine fixed-assets accounting role.The successful candidate will overseeCapEx investments exceeding Rs 100 crore, working closely with Projects, Procurement, Shared Services and other cross-functional teams.Grade/Level:Assistant General ManagerLocation:Visakhapatnam, Andhra PradeshExperience:Approximately 6 to 8 years of relevant experienceQualification:CA, CMA or MBA FinanceCore expertise:CapEx accounting, project accounting, fixed assets and financial controlsWhat the role ownsPreparing and monitoring the annual CapEx budget.Evaluating Capital Expenditure Proposals within defined timelines.Monitoring CapEx commitments, commercial negotiations and Bank Guarantee validation.Reviewing CWIP balances and driving timely project closure and asset capitalisation.Ensuring the accuracy, completeness and integrity of fixed-asset records.Coordinating physical verification and reconciliation of assets.Monitoring Mega Risk Insurance and EAR Cum Storage policies for major projects.Supporting post-CapEx evaluation and project financial monitoring.Strengthening accounting controls,
