The company is based in Pune, India.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Mould Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection mould design and hands-on experience in tool room operations. This role requires technical proficiency, leadership capability, and the ability to manage end-to-end design processes confidently.Key Skills & Responsibilities:Design and develop high-precision injection moulds.Must have hands on in designing of sliders and lifters.Collaborate with tool room and production teams for trials and improvements.Proficient in all major design software like NX, VisiCAD, AutoCAD and mould design principles.Robust knowledge of materials, mould assembly, and quality standards.Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.Should be able to design moulds independently without guidanceQualification:5+ Years of experience in Mould Designing and atleast 2 years of experience in tool room.Diploma/Post Diploma in Tool Design/B.E. in Tool Design or Mechanical Engineering.
