of which atleast 5 years in managing large AMS teamsUnderstand and worked in various AMS contracting models such as T&M;, FP, FM, FC…etcHad earlier written or managed wide-ranging types of SOW and can manage respective contracting conversations with client delivery leaders and their vendor management teamsHad managed and successfully delivered a few small to medium size projects in fixed price or outcome based contracting modeHave collaborated with sourcing and talent acquisition teams to rapidly scale up teams as per client needs. This includes taking final interviews and making hiring decisions.
