To support the expansion of their global trading operations, we are seeking elite Infrastructure Engineers to build robust, scalable, and ultra-low-latency systems. Tailored Engineering Tracks:

C++ Trading Engineer: Focus on developing ultra-high-performance trading systems. You will design and optimize short-term trading signals in a high-frequency environment governed by strict latency and efficiency requirements.
C++ Simulation Engineer: Partner directly with quantitative researchers and traders to design, develop, and optimize high-fidelity simulation systems, building the core infrastructure essential for back-testing algorithmic strategies.
Data Infrastructure Engineer: Build scalable, distributed pipelines for systematic data ingestion and web scraping. You will develop ultra-fast exchange connectivity solutions, creating high-performance C++ handlers to capture, process, and integrate real-time market data feeds.

Core Responsibilities

Drive the full-lifecycle development of low-latency, high-throughput research and trading systems utilizing modern C++ and Python.
Architect and optimize massive data processing pipelines to ensure lightning-fast, reliable access to high-quality financial datasets.
Build and maintain sophisticated tooling for model training, back-testing, and rigorous strategy evaluation.




Collaborate daily with world-class quantitative researchers and traders to deploy technical solutions that tangibly improve research productivity and market performance.
Uphold exceptionally high code quality standards through rigorous testing, code reviews, and comprehensive documentation.

What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a strictly related STEM discipline.
C++ Mastery: 2+ years of professional software development experience in demanding, real-time environments, with deep expertise in modern C++ (C++17/20) and advanced concepts like template metaprogramming.
Performance Engineering: Proven track record of designing and building high-throughput, extreme low-latency systems.
OS Expertise: Deep understanding of Linux fundamentals, kernel tuning, and systems-level programming.
Python Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Python and its numerical computing ecosystem (Num Py, Sci Py).
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Standout Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
Familiarity with distributed systems and orchestration technologies (Kafka, Redis, HTCondor).
Experience with advanced matrix computation and optimization libraries (Blaze, OpenBLAS, LAPACK).
Prior exposure to handling live market data and exchange connectivity feeds.
Experience profiling, debugging, and tuning production Linux systems for maximum throughput.
Expertise in building systems that cross C++ and Python boundaries (pybind11, C API, embedded Python, hybrid orchestration).
Note: A background in finance or trading is preferred but absolutely not required. Outstanding engineers from tech, gaming, aerospace, or telecommunications are highly encouraged to apply.
