Senior Manager – Analytics & Business Strategy

About the Role
Lead the Analytics & Business Strategy function to drive data-backed decision-making, business performance, and strategic initiatives across the organization. Partner with senior leadership to solve complex business problems, influence key decisions, and build a high-performing analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive strategic initiatives to improve growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Build executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasts, and business reviews.
• Generate actionable insights through deep analysis of business, customer, and operational data.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition to execution.
• Standardize reporting, governance, and performance management frameworks.
• Champion automation and AI-driven analytics to improve business productivity.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5–6 Business Analysts.
• Set priorities, review deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Build analytical capabilities, best practices, and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics priorities with business goals.
What We're Looking For
• 7–10 years of experience in Business Strategy, Analytics,



Consulting, Business Excellence, or Revenue Strategy.
• 2+ years of experience leading analytics or business intelligence teams.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions through data.
• Expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Background
• Strategy Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon)
• High-growth startups or technology companies
• Corporate Strategy, CEO's Office, Business Excellence, or Revenue Operations
