Job Description:

- Project Delivery & Client Engagement

- Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring

- adherence to timelines, quality standards, and

- contractual obligations.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their

- requirements and translating them into actionable

- solutions.

- Present project outcomes and value delivered

- through structured weekly/monthly/quarterly

- reports.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Manage and mentor a team of 15 20 professionals to

- enhance efficiency, independence, and career

- progression.

- Drive accountability within the team through SOPs

- and standardized delivery frameworks.

- Operational Excellence

- Implement and maintain process-wide quality and

- efficiency measures.

- Oversee resource allocation, team utilization, and

- screening of current candidates.

- Manage project billing, monitor receivables, and

- follow up on payments.
