About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across corporate, engineering, manufacturing, and business functions, while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding, preferably within an engineering, manufacturing, industrial or energy-related workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand current and future manpower requirements.
- Source and identify candidates through Naukri, Linked In, job portals, employee referrals, internal databases and other channels.
- Handle hiring across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Projects, Sales, Finance, HR and other corporate functions.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Conduct preliminary screening and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit and role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
- Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, documentation and joining formalities.
- Drive offer-to-join conversion and proactively manage candidate dropouts and counter-offers.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and track key TA metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, cost per hire and hiring status.
- Work closely with HR and business teams for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with external recruitment consultants and manage agencies wherever required.
- Support initiatives around employer branding, talent mapping, campus hiring and recruitment drives.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
