Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership for Aramco Oil & Gas T&D; operations, project execution, and business growth.
- Lead multiple EHV/HV Substation and Transmission EPC projects, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, quality, HSE, and contractual requirements.
- Own the P&L; and commercial performance of the project portfolio, driving cost optimization, productivity, cash flow, and profitability.
- Oversee the complete EPC lifecycle covering engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Drive project performance through effective resource planning, risk management, cost control, schedule management, and productivity improvement.




- Ensure timely resolution of critical project issues and support early completion of strategic projects.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Aramco, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and strategic partners.
- Build a robust execution organization and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale T&D; projects.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion, repeat orders, and long-term growth within the Saudi Oil & Gas T&D; market.
