Job Location: Mumbai (Remote – Preference will be given to Mumbai-based candidates only) Job Description:

- Design and develop engaging courses, presentations, storyboards, and eLearning content.

- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to simplify complex concepts into transparent and engaging learning experiences.

- Manage, upload, and maintain courses, webinars, and masterclasses on the LMS.

- Coordinate with the media team for video-based learning content.

- Apply instructional design principles and learning best practices to ensure high-quality content.

- Continuously improve learning materials based on feedback and learner requirements.





Desired Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Instructional Design or eLearning content development.

- Strong knowledge of instructional models, learning theories, and eLearning tools.

- Hands-on experience with LMS and authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.

- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with SMEs and internal teams.
