Clyro is building the governance layer for organizations deploying AI agents -helping businesses use AI safely, reliably, and with control.

We're looking for a Content & Growth Associate to help grow our audience, build your brand, and drive brand and content-led growth across channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of the founding team of a high-growth AI product startup from an early stage, work closely with the Founder and marketing leadership, and get hands-on exposure to AI, startups,brand, content, community, and growth. You'll have the opportunity to do meaningful work, experiment quickly, and see your ideas directly shape how the company grows and shows up in the market.

What You'll Do

- Create and distribute content on Linked In, X, Reddit, blogs, newsletters,carousels, threads, and other channels.

- Turn complex AI/product ideas into content people actually want to consume.

- Help build the Founder brand.

- Stay plugged into AI, internet culture, trends, communities, and conversations.

- Engage with founders, developers, creators, and relevant communities.

- Identify growth opportunities across creators, podcasts, newsletters,partnerships, and events.

- Support SEO, website, campaigns, launches, and community growth.

- Track what works and continuously experiment with new ideas, formats,hooks, and channels.

- Distribute content on relevant platforms to help potential customers discover your brand.

Who We're Looking For

The most important thing: you've created something of your own.

It could be a poetry page on Instagram, a You Tube channel, blog, newsletter,meme page, community, photography account, podcast, personal brand,



sideproject, or anything else you started because you were passionate about it.

We want someone who makes things without being asked, follows their curiosity,understands what people find interesting, and has tried to build an audience around something.

You should also:

- Have 0.6-2 years of experience or equivalent hands-on experience.

- Be a strong writer and communicator with personality.

- Understand social media, internet culture, creators, memes, and trends.

- Be curious about AI, startups, technology, and people.

- Be comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and independent execution.

Educational backgrounds we'd especially value: Psychology, Literature, Liberal Arts, Visual Communication, Design, Media, Journalism, Communications, or similar - but what you've created matters more than what you studied.

What Success Looks Like

Within 6 months, you'll have helped Clyro build a consistent, recognizable presence, a growing Founder voice, stronger audience engagement, and a repeatable system for creating, distributing, measuring, and improving content.
