Lead all commercial, contracts, procurement, cost management, claims, and financial administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish commercial governance and controls.
- Administer contracts and commercial obligations.
- Lead change management, claims and dispute avoidance activities.
- Oversee budgeting, cost forecasting and financial reporting.
- Manage procurement and commercial evaluations.
- Monitor commercial risks and mitigation plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 18 years of commercial management experience.
- Minimum 8 years in a lead commercial role on major projects.
- Extensive experience with EPC, design-build and major infrastructure contracts.
- Robust knowledge of FIDIC contract forms, claims and contract administration.
- Membership of RICS, CIArb or equivalent professional institution preferred.
