Requirements

- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD Pediatrics or DCH)

- Valid and active medical license to practice in India, along with registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on clinical experience in pediatric care, preferably in a hospital or outpatient setting

- Proven experience in managing common pediatric illnesses, neonatal care, and developmental assessments

- Robust diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents

- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical documentation tools

- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to healthcare regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced clinical environment

- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and emergency pediatric care as required
