Ensure that the bar is set according to standards and procedures
Prepare and serve drinks and snack orders according to service standard. Ensure that hot snacks and cold drinks are served promptly to the guests once they are ready, such that they arrive at the guests’ table at the correct temperature
Creation of new beverage/cocktails to suit guests’ needs. Up-sell and promote other food and beverage offers at every available chance to maximize sales revenue.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- A strong knowledge & demonstrable experience of mixology
- Excellent creativity paired with great communication skills
- The passion and desire to constantly think of new ways to excite and entertain your guest.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
