the person will support our Human resource management teams across end to end HR activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and internal databases, Onboarding activities.
- Handle HR operations tasks and coordinate with team members for the same.
- Maintain accurate data in the system.
- Assist in data analysis and representation of data using Power BI tool
Required Skills:
- Good verbal & written communication and people skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of Power BI Tool
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in HR, employee engagement, and organisational development.
Qualification: Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or related field.
Shift timings - 9.30am To 6.15pm
Working days - Monday to Friday
