Policy Bazaar.com is looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team . As a Sales executive , you will be Policy Bazaar's voice, assisting customers with their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible

for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Key Responsibilities:-Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and concerns.-Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, premium calculations,



and policy status.-Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up.-Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM system.-Ensure customer satisfaction through skilled communication and problem-solving.-Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets that the team lead sets.

Required Skills:-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.-Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.-Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.-Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.-Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus.-Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply

Salary package 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA

- 0- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
