- Achieve area sales targets and revenue objectives
- Develop channel expansion strategies
- Appoint and strengthen dealer and distributor networks
- Coach and mentor field sales teams
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions
- Ensure collection efficiency and inventory planning
- Coordinate marketing activities and promotional campaigns
- Build relationships with key dealers and institutional customers
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven channel sales experience
- Excellent analytical and forecasting skills
- Solid negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to drive sales through team management
- Experience in Battery, EV Battery, Lithium Battery or allied industries preferred
