We are looking for an experienced TIBCO EBX MDM Administrator to manage enterprise MDM platform administration, production support, governance, release management and operational stability. The role will involve supporting business-critical TIBCO EBX environments, handling L2/L3 issues, coordinating releases and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day TIBCO EBX platform administration and operations.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for EBX and MDM environments.
- Administer and support Data Spaces, Data Sets, workflows and EBX configurations.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues and ensure operational stability.
- Handle incident, problem and change management activities.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Coordinate application releases, deployments and production changes.
- Support release management and maintain deployment documentation.
- Work with development, infrastructure and business teams to resolve production issues.
- Support data governance, MDM processes and data quality requirements.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and integrations using tools such as Control-M.




- Work with databases including Oracle/MySQL and troubleshoot SQL-related issues.
- Support EBX environments running on Linux.
- Use Jenkins for CI/CD and release activities.
- Manage and track incidents, requests and changes through Service Now.
- Participate in production support, on-call and major incident activities.
- Provide regular status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
