Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the organization s goals are effectively supported by its processes and technology integration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support solution design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Familiarity with process mapping and business process modeling techniques.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Service Now IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
