Premium Sales Executive – Membership & Partnerships

? What You'll Do

- Drive membership sales and customer acquisition
- Build relationships with premium customers, families and communities
- Generate leads through societies, referrals, events, partnerships and direct outreach
- Conduct customer meetings and product presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solutions
- Handle objections, negotiate and confidently close sales
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Develop strategic relationships with residential societies, communities and local partners
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and follow-up records
- Work closely with the Founder & Leadership Team to drive growth

You should have:

- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing,



negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Professional personality and presentation
- Ability to handle customer meetings independently
- Comfortable with field sales and business development
- Experience in premium customer sales, real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, consumer services, beauty & wellness or similar sectors will be an advantage
