Position- Business Development Executive

Desired Profile Required:

- 3+ years experience in a technology or consulting sales role (SaaS preferred) and a good understanding of solutions selling methodology and tools
- Proven experience and track record of enterprise solution sales in driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business.
- A great communicator, presenter and influencer
- High energy with the desire and ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- Driven, motivated, and eager to make high earning
- Highly disciplined in approach and familiar with sales management tools and CRM

Key Roles and Responsibilities:





- Generate qualified leads through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and online research. Conduct outbound cold calling to identify and engage prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools and lead tracking processes.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, opportunities, and outcomes.
- Achieve agreed lead generation, Demo-setting, and conversion targets.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
- Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers to support business growth initiatives
