Role Description The Placement Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing campus placement activities for students at IEC College Of Engineering & Technology, Greater Noida. This full-time, on-site role in Noida includes building and maintaining relationships with recruiting organizations, identifying suitable job opportunities, and organizing placement drives, interviews, and career fairs.
The role involves guiding students on resume preparation, interview skills, and professional etiquette,



as well as conducting training sessions and pre-placement talks in collaboration with faculty and industry partners. The Placement Executive will track placement statistics, prepare reports, and ensure timely communication between students, employers, and the college.

The position also requires ongoing market research to understand industry trends and align placement strategies with evolving employer needs.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Placement Department.
- Demonstrated experience in job placements, campus recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation for effective student and employer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) for presentations, negotiations, and professional correspondence.
- Ability to design and deliver training sessions on employability skills, interview techniques, and career readiness.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management for placement tracking and reporting.
- Knowledge of current industry trends in engineering, management, and related fields; prior experience in an academic or training environment is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple placement activities and deadlines.
