Role Overview:

Take end-to-end ownership of the upkeep and soft services of an assigned building within a large multi-building campus, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, aesthetics and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

- :Own the day-to-day operations and overall upkeep of the assigned building
- . Manage housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, shifting and other soft services
- . Conduct regular building rounds to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, aesthetics and service standards
- . Ensure readiness of meeting rooms, conference rooms, business centres, common areas and other facilities
- . Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety, Security and other teams for timely issue resolution
- . Manage vendors and third-party service providers, including manpower, SLAs, quality and performance
- . Address employee / occupant concerns and ensure timely complaint resolution and feedback closure
- .



Coordinate requirements for VVIP visits, events and special activities
- . Monitor safety, compliance, audits, MIS, consumables and service performance
- . Identify opportunities for cost optimization, sustainability and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profil

- e: Graduate / Postgraduate; Hotel Management / Facility Management preferre
- d.3–10 years of experience in Facility Management, Soft Services, Corporate Services, Hospitality or Building Operation
- s. Experience managing a building / facility within a large campus, commercial property, IT park, hotel, plant or similar workplace preferre
- d. Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, service orientation and problem-solving skill
