About the job

We are looking for a distribution-focused junior executive who takes the content assets Foreignerds produces (case studies, blog posts, service page copy, thought leadership drafts) and gets them in front of the right audience across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, email, and community channels. You are not the writer, you are the amplifier. Your job is to ensure nothing we create sits idle on the website unseen.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Content & LinkedIn publishing
1. Post daily content on the Foreignerds LinkedIn company page and co-founders' profiles using the existing 30-post topic bank.
2. Target US/UK/Canada CTO, VP, and founder audiences and track weekly impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth.
3. Repurpose case studies into LinkedIn carousels, Twitter/X threads, and short-form posts, coordinating with the designer.

B. Email & community management
1. Create and manage bi-weekly email newsletters using blog posts and case studies.
2. Manage the mailing list and track open and click-through rates.
3. Post at least 5 quality answers per week on Quora, Reddit, and IndieHackers, naturally linking relevant Foreignerds content.

C. Twitter/X & performance reporting
1. Manage Foreignerds' Twitter/X presence with 3-5 tweets per week and engage with relevant industry conversations.
2. Build visibility across AI, SEO, and developer communities through tweets, replies, and retweets.
3. Prepare weekly performance reports covering impressions, engagement rate, link clicks, and follower growth, and identify what is working and what needs improvement.

1. Active personal LinkedIn presence with knowledge of the feed algorithm.

2. Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form posts.

3. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Quora, and Reddit.

4. Basic knowledge of Canva.

5. Comfortable using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing tools.

6. Good written English.

7. Solid organizational skills for managing content calendars and schedules.

8. B2B social media management experience is an advantage.

9. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or LinkedIn Analytics is an advantage.

10. Experience with Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools is an advantage.
