About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Format and lay out author manuscripts per Natals' print-ready standards (A4/A5, fonts, margins, headers)
2. Ensure consistent styling across chapters, headings, page numbers, TOC, and front/back matter
3. Proofread for layout errors, spacing, and structural consistency before final print
4. Coordinate with authors/editors to incorporate revisions into formatted files
5. Prepare print-ready PDFs and maintain version control across drafts
6. Flag formatting issues (image resolution, alignment, page breaks) before submission to print

Probation:
