As a Customer Service Associate at Iron Lady, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, ensuring top-notch customer support and building strong relationships with our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address their inquiries and provide solutions
2. Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
3. Utilize CRM tools to keep track of customer interactions and provide tailored support
4. Demonstrate excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients
5. Utilize MS-Excel to organize and analyze customer data, ensuring accurate and efficient service
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
7. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and contribute to company growth
