About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute day-to-day operational tasks using web browsers, online tools, and software platforms as directed
2. Create, update, and manage data in Google Sheets/Excel with high accuracy
3. Follow detailed written English SOPs (Standard operating procedures) exactly, without skipping or altering steps
4. Conduct online/internet research and compile findings in a transparent, organized format
5. Maintain strong attention to detail across all assigned tasks
6. Learn new software tools and platforms quickly as required by the role
7. Communicate clearly and promptly when instructions are unclear or a task is blocked
8. Complete a short practical computer/instruction-following test as part of the hiring process
9. Report task progress and completion status as required

Note: Work full-time, in-person, Monday-Friday, from the Ranchi office
