About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the front desk and welcome visitors, clients, vendors, and candidates professionally.
2. Handle incoming calls, visitor entries, and front-office records.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
3. Maintain visitor logs, front-office records, and other relevant documentation.
4. Handle basic visitor and customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
5. Ensure a professional and positive experience for all visitors and stakeholders.
