Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other partner channels
2. Ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Create engaging and SEO-friendly content for product descriptions and blog posts to drive traffic and increase conversions.
4. Assist with customer service inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Work closely with the operations team to coordinate inventory management and fulfill orders efficiently.
