1. Assist the business development team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn etc.
2. Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and maintain a database of prospective clients.
3. Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements.
4. Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to ensure timely communication.
5. Maintain and update CRM/Excel records with accurate client information and interaction history.
6. Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents as required.
7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
8. Support the team in achieving daily and weekly business development targets.
9. Learn and understand the company's services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
10. Perform other day-to-day business development and sales support activities assigned by the reporting manager.
11. This is a sales role and there will be targets.
The upside is high if you achieve targets.
