MIS, Dashboards & Reporting Ownership Design and manage KPI dashboards. Own end-to-end creation, maintenance and accuracy of the Dashboards 2. Business Performance & Variance Analysis Identify performance deviations versus plan, forecast, and historical benchmarks. Provide root-cause analysis (RCA) with clear issue drivers, quantified impact, and corrective recommendations. 3. Stakeholder Management & Communication Ensure alignment between business objectives, metrics, and reported outcomes. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, and teams to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress
