About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow across processes.
2. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and internal teams for timely order processing and deliveries.
3. Track orders, shipments, returns, exchanges, and cancellations across e-commerce platforms.
4. Update and maintain data in spreadsheets, dashboards, and operational systems.
5. Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation with accuracy.
6. Support inventory management, stock tracking, and reconciliation activities.
7. Monitor order fulfillment and resolve operational issues proactively.
8. Coordinate with customer support teams to ensure smooth resolution of order-related queries.
