About the job

To drive end-to-end recruitment for retail and frontline positions across the West region, ensuring quality hiring, timely closure of positions, solid candidate experience, and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

A) Talent Acquisition
1. Manage end-to-end hiring for retail positions across business divisions.
2. Source candidates through consultants, references, walk-ins, job portals, social media and internal channels.
3. Build talent pipelines for critical retail roles such as Store Managers, Retail Sales Officers, and other frontline positions.
4. Screen and assess candidates for role fit, culture fit and compensation fit.
5. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback and closures.

B) Stakeholder Management
1. Partner with People Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Regional Business Teams to understand manpower requirements.
2. Provide regular updates on open positions, pipeline status and market intelligence.
3. Ensure alignment on hiring timelines, candidate quality and offer decisions.

C) Recruitment Operations
1. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
2. Ensure recruitment data accuracy and process compliance.
3. Manage offer documentation and onboarding coordination.
4. Monitor hiring TAT, source effectiveness and closure ratios.

D) Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
1. Support walk-in drives, campus engagements and hiring events.
2.



Develop talent maps for key cities across the West region.
3. Build and maintain candidate databases for recurring retail requirements.
4. Improve awareness of Titan as an employer of choice in the retail talent market.

Educational Qualification: Graduate

1 to 2 years of recruitment experience.

Experience in retail, consumer, hospitality, QSR, lifestyle or frontline hiring preferred.

Exposure to volume hiring and multi-location recruitment will be an advantage.
