About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare, structure, and maintain high-quality diagnostic study reports, executive summaries, and intervention documents
2. Compile inputs from consultants, directors, and HOD discussions into professionally written, well-structured, and client-ready reports.
3. Convert rough consultant notes, handwritten observations and verbal inputs into clear, accurate and business-relevant documentation
4. Draft welcome letters, project summaries, intervention notes and executive presentations as required
5. Ensure consistency in formatting, language quality and overall presentation across all client deliverables
6. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling all client and organisational information
7. Build and manage LCPL's employer branding presence on Ambition Box
8. Support special projects and organisational initiatives as assigned

Other requirements

1. Graduate or postgraduate in psychology, organizational behaviour, HR, mass communications, or a related field

2. Exceptional written communication skills in English that are structured, precise, and skilled

3. Strong ability to synthesise complex information into clear, readable documentation

4.



Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality and consistency

5. Comfortable working with confidential client information with discretion

6. Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint

7. Fresher to 2 years of experience in documentation, content writing, HR, or consulting support

8. Prior exposure to OD, HR, or consulting environments is an advantage, not a requirement
