About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the sales team with daily operations, strategic planning, and pipeline management.
2. Handle incoming technical and commercial inquiries and ensure prompt follow-ups and professional order processing.
3. Prepare accurate technical quotations, business proposals, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
4. Coordinate with logistics on dispatch schedules, finance on payment reconciliation and billing, and marketing on lead nurturing.
5. Maintain and regularly update sales records, customer databases, and CRM reports to ensure data accuracy.
6. Track monthly sales performance against targets and prepare detailed reports for management review.
7. Monitor the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of chemicals and services to clients and resolve transit-related issues.
8. Assist in organizing departmental meetings, trade events, and targeted sales campaigns to strengthen market presence.
