Role Description

The interns will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams by assisting with customer interactions, contributing to sales activities and participating in training initiatives. Daily responsibilities include managing communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales operations, and learning sales techniques and management strategies under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and researching potential clients, brands, founders and professionals across relevant industries.
- Support lead generation and business development activities through Linked In, email and other outreach channels.
- Reach out to prospective clients and initiate conversations around Better Vision Media’s services and offerings.
- Assist in building and maintaining a structured database of leads, prospects and ongoing conversations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and help move conversations through different stages of the sales process.
- Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, pitches and other sales and marketing material.




- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and potential target segments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings, client requirements and ongoing projects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status, responses and relevant information accurately.
- Participate in brainstorming discussions around lead generation, marketing campaigns and business growth.
- Support relationship-building activities with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle multiple leads and assignments while maintaining timelines and professional communication.

Candidate Requirements

- Recent graduate or
- Someone who is proactive, consistent, and comfortable with outreach
- Ability to write clear and professional emails, messages and follow-ups.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (non-negotiable)
- Interested in sales, marketing, or PR
- Willing to learn and grow in the field, and not afraid of rejection
- Students or recent graduates from Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or related fields will be preferred.
- Previous internships, sales experience, business development exposure or participation in college marketing activities will be an added advantage, but are not mandatory.
