Role Description The Senior Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Manager will lead and manage client engagements related to fundraising advisory, coordinating equity and debt funding processes from initial prospecting through deal closure.
This includes overseeing financial analysis, investment pitches, due diligence preparation, and collaboration with legal teams to support corporate structuring and documentation. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with investors and funding partners, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to sector-specific strategies across key industries.




The Senior Manager will also mentor team members, implement best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery that aligns with Digi Fin Advisors’ client satisfaction and performance standards.
Qualifications

- Solid expertise in fundraising and investment advisory, including experience with equity and debt instruments, deal structuring, and investor relations.
- Proficiency in finance and analysis, such as financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment for sectors like renewable energy, infrastructure, technology, and healthcare.
- Capability in project and stakeholder management, including leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple client engagements, and meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Experience working with global clients and funding partners, with an understanding of international trade, cross-border transactions, and corporate legal and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and legal concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients and investors.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional networks, preferably with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in a senior advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting role, ideally within multi-sector environments.
